The hop pellets are simply added halfway through fermentation infusing flavour and aroma into the finished beer resulting in a beer with more pronounced hop character.

All kits make a full 40 pints and some of the stronger beers include not only malt extract but the additional sugar required for primary fermentation so absolutely no extra additions needed.
